⭐⭐⭐ We were actually very satisfied with our stay at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and considering the quality of the property, we felt the price was fair. Unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by a very serious incident. My wife’s Rolex, worth approximately $10,000, went missing from our room after housekeeping had access to it. We reported it immediately and expected a thorough and professional investigation. What disappointed us almost as much as losing the watch was the way the situation was handled. The investigation felt very half-hearted, and we were essentially told, “What can we do? The housekeeper will deny it anyway.” For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much more serious response when a guest reports a valuable item missing from their room. So what started as a very enjoyable and reasonably priced stay ultimately became a $10,000 night for us — money we certainly would rather have spent somewhere else. Beautiful hotel and a great room, but unfortunately an experience that left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the handling of guest property and complaints.

The one star was for the the fact that 3 gentleman I interacted with was polite as well as gracious. Everyone else including the so call manager Paul was a train full of bullshit. Two women in the player's club was disrespectful to the player's looking for assistance. Which I observed while the hire up lady and one of the gentlemen I stated was great was hudled up with another young lady for about 15 minutes trying to come up with a story that says instead of 500,000 unity points for you it said up to 500,000 and your actually getting 10,000. The promotion clearly stated 500,000 and I had to claim it before 9/30/26 which I did. I got the screenshot. Also a free 3 night stay to claim before the same date and used before the same date above. The catch was they are fully booked for that time period. Highly misleading! Disappointed as I was I left to enjoy the complimentary drink which was a father disappointment because the bartender decided I wasn't important enough to be served next after she severed the customers who were legitimately before me. She went on to serve another couple who clearly walked up well after I did and started to do a 3rd until she saw the expression of disgust

We had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the entire property had such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the service exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend!
